Returns Made Easy! – Returning a product from Panatime is not a problem! Choose from one of our quick and easy return options listed below.
Option #1 – Return your strap with a copy of your invoice and a note indicating the strap you would like in exchange. As soon as your return is received your replacement strap will be shipped out. If your request strap needs to be ordered, we will contact you once the return is received.
Option#2 - Return your strap with a copy of your invoice and a written request for a refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as your return is received. Please note refunds are issued Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to post to your original payment method.

Orders received by 2PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 2PM EST will ship the next business day. Our warehouse is not open on weekends so orders received after 2PM EST on Friday will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. Occasionally an item will be advanced order and will need additional days to process. In that event we will contact you.
We ship domestically and internationally using the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx. For orders within the United States, we offer First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express through the USPS and Express Saver, 2Day, and Standard Overnight through FedEx.
We offer USPS First Class International and FedEx International Priority for orders shipping outside of the United States. For orders shipped via USPS First Class International, please allow 7-14 business days to receive your package. Tracking updates can be limited for these shipments once they depart the United States.
